This was just one component of a meal that also included roasted slices of sweet potato and rice.
- Freeze solid a 1 pound package of firm tofu.
- Defrost it and drain it as thoroughly as possible.
- Slice it into about 6-8 thick slices.
- Marinate in Sriracha or some other hot sauce.
- Coat with oil.
- Roast for about 40 minutes at 350 (or until a good crust forms).
- Serve with mango chutney as a dipping sauce.
Very tasty. Next time I might make it hotter but YMMV.
